Registration Information
You must register and pay before August 6, 2010, to receive the early bird registration fee. After August 6, registration fees increase. Advanced registrations will be accepted at AASC headquarters until August 25, 2010. After August 25, onsite registration will be required at higher fees.
You must be an active AASC member through September 2010 to qualify for a member rate. You may join AASC at the time of your registration to take advantage of the member rate. Membership status with Aging Services of California will be verified.
Property managers are encouraged to attend and may also register at the member rate.
Full conference registration includes breakfasts, lunches and breaks as listed in the agenda, the Monday night reception, and access to all general sessions, educational workshops and exhibits.
Please Note: Continuing education certificates with complete attendance transcripts will be made available to you online after the conference for a $20 fee. Please check the appropriate box during registration and include the additional fee with your payment. If you have paid for a CEU certificate, you will receive an email with a link to your printable certificate/transcript within 10 days after the conference.
*Your membership status will be verified with Aging Services of California.
Payment by credit card or check is accepted. Payment is required prior to attendance. In order to receive the advanced registration rates, payment must be received by the associated advance registration deadline. A company purchase order will serve as guarantee of payment.
Group Discount
Discounted registration fees are available for companies sending more than 5 attendees:

Confirmation Policy
Registration confirmations will be sent by email within two weeks of registration fee payment, through August 20, 2010. After August 20, please contact AASC headquarters for verbal confirmation at 614-848-5958. If you do not receive a confirmation, do not assume you are pre-registered. If there are mistakes on your confirmation, please make the changes on the confirmation letter and fax the changes to 614-848-5954. This will eliminate the need for you to make changes on-site. Please pay special attention to your confirmation. It contains valuable information including your selected sessions, attendance tracking information, and any general conference updates.
You may pick up all of your registration materials, including name badge, conference bag, and onsite meeting materials at the onsite registration desk during the times listed below.

Refunds, Cancellations and Substitutions
Refunds will only be given for cancellations received in writing. Refunds will be honored based on the amount of time given:
Full refund, minus $100 administrative fee – on or before August 20, 2010
No refund after August 20 (includes “no shows”)
Attendee substitutions are permitted until August 25.
