You must register and pay before August 25, 2009, to receive the early bird registration fee. After August 25, registration fees increase. Advanced registrations will be accepted at AASC Headquarters until September 15, 2009. After September 15, onsite registration will be required at higher fees.

You must be an active AASC member through September 2009 to qualify for a member rate. You may join AASC at the time of your registration to take advantage of the member rate.

Property managers are encouraged to attend and may also register at the member rate.

Full conference registration includes breakfasts, lunches and breaks as listed in the agenda, the Critical Signal Technologies Conference Reception, and access to all general sessions, educational workshops and exhibits.

Payment by credit card or check is accepted. Payment is required prior to attendance. In order to receive the advanced registration rates, payment must be received by the associated advance registration deadline. A company purchase order will serve as guarantee of payment. Group Discounts

Group discounts will be available for companies sending more than five attendees (all attendees must be from the same company):

1-5 attendees	Published rates apply
6-10 attendees	5% off published rates
11-20 attendees	10% off published rates
>20 attendees	15% (with credit card payment)

Confirmation Policy

Registration confirmations will be sent by email within two weeks of registration fee payment, through September 15, 2009. After September 15, please contact AASC headquarters for verbal confirmation at 614-848-5958. If you do not receive a confirmation, do not assume you are pre-registered. If there are mistakes on your confirmation, please make the changes on the confirmation letter and fax the changes to 614-848-5954. This will eliminate the need for you to make changes onsite. Please pay special attention to your confirmation. It contains valuable information including your selected sessions, attendance tracking information, and any general conference updates.

You may pick up all of your registration materials, including name badge, conference bag, and onsite meeting materials at the onsite registration desk during the times listed below.

Refunds, Cancellations and Substitutions

Refunds will only be given for cancellations received in writing. Refunds will be honored based on the amount of time given:

• Full refund, minus $100 administrative fee - on or before September 10
• No refund after September 10 (includes "no shows")
• Attendee substitutions are permitted until September 15.
